Rooted in a love for gardening and a spirit of community, our club brings together individuals who enjoy growing, learning, and giving back. We are dedicated to promoting horticultural knowledge, environmental awareness, and the beauty of nature in our local area.
In this section, you’ll find:
Our garden club thrives on community, creativity, and connection. Below, you’ll find our full calendar of events, including monthly meetings, special programs, and volunteer opportunities. Each meeting includes a designated hostess (or hostesses), whose role is to help create a welcoming atmosphere with light refreshments and thoughtful touches.
We encourage all members to participate, whether by attending, presenting, or helping with hospitality. Mark your calendar and join us as we grow together throughout the year!
Our by-laws serve as the foundation of our garden club’s structure, purpose, and activities. They outline how we operate, make decisions, elect officers, and support our mission of cultivating community through gardening. Whether you’re a longtime member or just getting to know us, we invite you to explore the guiding principles that help our club bloom and grow.
Since 1935, our garden club has been nurturing not just plants, but friendships, knowledge, and a shared commitment to making our community more beautiful—one garden at a time. What began as a small group of passionate gardeners has grown into a vibrant organization dedicated to learning, service, and fellowship.
Over the decades, we’ve planted trees, hosted flower shows, supported local beautification efforts, and created lasting traditions that continue to thrive today. While much has changed since our founding, our purpose remains deeply rooted in the values that first brought us together more than 50 years ago.
We invite you to explore our story, celebrate our legacy, and help shape the seasons still to come.
Our club is made up of dedicated individuals who share a passion for gardening, learning, and community service.
Active Members
Active members participate regularly in meetings, programs, and club activities. They contribute their time, talents, and enthusiasm to help the club thrive throughout the year.
Inactive Members
Inactive membership is available to those who, due to personal circumstances, are unable to participate fully but still wish to maintain a connection to the club. We value their continued support and presence in our community.
Honorary Members
Honorary membership is a special designation given in recognition of outstanding contributions to the club or to the gardening community at large. These individuals have helped shape our legacy and inspire future growth.
We fondly remember the members who are no longer with us but whose love for gardening and dedication to the club live on. Their impact continues to bloom in the friendships they cultivated and the seeds they planted—both in gardens and in our hearts.
